Since 1998, Earth Science Week has been an opportunity to engage people of all ages to celebrate, better understand and appreciate earth sciences. 

Here are some cool, virtual ways to get involved, learn and engage this year.

For the seasoned Earth Scientist: Check out these awesome events and webinars.

  3. Tune in to the Earth Science Week webinar series: Check out the amazing lineup this year, including topics like New Insights into Wire Silver and Gold, Formation, Advances in the Mineralogy of Mars and Resources Beyond Earth.

  5. Take a virtual tour of a National Park, like the Kenai Fjords, El Capitan in Yosemite, or Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
  6. Dig fossils as much as we do? Then you can take a virtual walk through geological time, and be sure to test what you learn with your very own Rock Specimen Education Kit.
