Meiji's FK Focus Block has an extended arm length which provides additional space between the ring and housing. This is ideal for those applications requiring extra clearance, such as an oblique viewing attachment on the microscope head. The focus block can be mounted either upright, or inverted on the pole, for added versatility.
Like other fine Meiji focus blocks, the FK includes machined rack and pinion gearing for smooth, controlled focusing movement through 55mm of travel. The dual focus knobs offer tension adjustment and a built-in slip clutch prevents damage to the mechanism or microscope head. Fits 20mm diameter mounting pole.
