Slide the Dino-Lite directly into the base for close inspection at higher magnification or use one of the two included adapters to increase the working distance. No matter what distance you use, the stand's unique angle ensures glare-free viewing.
There's an ample opening on the bottom of the stand allowing for easy manipulation of the object in view, thereby avoiding the need to move the stand.
If using the base without an adapter, the working distance is .58 inches and 40x magnification. With one adapter, the working distance is 1.6 inches with 25x magnification. Adding the second adapter, working distance increases to 2.4 inches while magnification lowers to 18x.
