The Meiji EMZ8TR-S4100 is a combination of Meiji's best-selling EMZ-8TR zoom stereo trinocular microscope head and the S-4100 boom stand. TThe EMZ-8TR is Meiji's most popular trinocular zoom stereo microscope head. It is to trinocular what the EMZ-5 is to binocular. A good quality workhorse for industry ad education that can be relied on to last a lifetime with zero defects.The parfocal zoom range is 7x-45x (10x eyepieces) with dual-sided zoom controls. The field of view is 32mm-5.1mm with 10x eyepieces and the standard working distance is marginally longer then the EMZ5 at 104mm. The head is inclined 45° and includes interpupillary adjustment of 54mm-75mm. There are dual +/-5 diopters for convenient individual eye focusing. The head rotates through 360° for flexible viewing positions.
Available in trinocular format and also with click stop detents for precise levels of magnification. The trinocular port directs light to the right eyetube and the trinocular tube simultaneously. Please note that a trinocular adapter is required to fit your camera.
Stand
The S-4100 boom stand is solidly built and measures 265mm x 265mm x 25mm. It has a 530mm (20.8") long horizontal arm and a pole that is 510mm high (15.7"). For those who require greater working distance, the S-4200 is identical in every respect except that the vertical pole is 600m tall (24"). The solid metal base is 10.4 x 10.4 inches for exceptional stability and fully adjustable set screws provide unlimited mounting positions.Optional Illumination
