CX3-OM99-V15 6.5x-45x Zoom Stereo Microscope Inspection System

The Omano OM99 is the top of the range of Omano zoom stereo microscope that compares favorably with its Olympus cousin. Featuring 6.5x-45x parfocal magnification, it is built round six prisms and, in our opinion, is the best quality stereo microscope out of China. The two Super Wide Field SWF10X eyepieces make for a terrific viewing experience with rubber eyecups included. Dual diopters are integrated into the eye tubes for individual eye adjustment. and interpupillary adjustment range is 55mm-75mm. Working distance is 31/4" and more than doubles to over 6" with the addition of a0.5x auxiliary barlow lens. Optional barlow lenses include 0.3x, 0.4x, 0.5x, 0.75x, 1.0x and 2.0x. The new Omano 80 LED ring light offers a combination of cool, bright, shadow-free illumination with adjustable intensity control and affordable pricing. Designed to replace our 10W and 12W fluorescent ring lights, this light is an inexorable step away from fluorescent illumination in microscopy applications.

The light has an internal diameter of 60mm with adjustable retaining screws for smaller housings. An adapter is also included. For worry-free operation, the light includes auto-switching power input for use with 90V-265V power supplies.

A microscope ring light is an excellent accessory for just about any scope. These lights are designed to be clamped or screwed on to the bottom of your scope’s nosepiece ring, fitting snugly around your objective lens, sometimes with the use of a specific adapter piece designed to work with your specific brand of scope. These ring lights can then be used to illuminate your sample from above, increasing the amount of reflected light and improving your ability to observe and interact with specific types of sample specimens that aren’t able to be illuminated from below.
