The Meiji EMZ5-BD-LEDis a combination of Meiji's best-selling EMZ-5 zoom stereo microscope body and the classic BD-LED pole stand with integrated LED illumination. The microscope offers 7x-45x zoom magnification with 10x eyepieces although you have a choice of eyepieces. Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Microscope Head
The EMZ-5 stereo head is by far the most popular Meiji stereo microscope head. It is their workhorse industrial and educational head offering good quality, an affordable price and zero defects. The parfocal zoom range is 7x-45x with dual-sided zoom controls and provides a field of view of 32mm-5.1mm. The working distance is 93mm. The head is inclined 45° and includes interpupillary adjustment of 54mm-75mm. There are dual +/-5 diopters for convenient individual eye focusing. The head rotates through 360° for flexible viewing positions.

The Model BD-LED pole stand has an integrated focusing holder. A dual-reflection lens/mirror system provides both incident and transmitted variable intensity LED illumination, independently or simultaneously. Fully rotatable mirror in base provides transmitted brightfield or pseudo-darkfield illumination. Supplied with 94.5mm diameter clear glass stage plate and two stage clips. For use with zoom stereo bodies.
