Dino-Lite AM73515MT8A Summary
The new Dino-Lite Edge Series flagship AM73515MT8A handheld digital microscope offers USB 3.0 speed and 700X-900X zoom magnification in Dino-Lite's latest generation of handheld microscopes. Standard features include 5.0 MP resolution, Coaxial illumination and Automatic Magnification Readout.
Through the use of Flexible LED Control (FLC) this model is capable of switching between or mixing, brightfield and darkfield illumination, revealing details that are very difficult to see under normal light.
Other refinements include a tough aluminum shell for harsh operating environments. The USB 3.0 Output offers up to 10X faster data transfer than USB 2.0. This means bigger image files show on your PC at live video speeds of 45 FPS (@ 1280 x 960 resolution). NOTE: A USB 3.0 capable PC or MAC is required.
Stands
With high magnification comes the requirement for a stable viewing stand, and the MSRK-10A allows for very precise positioning of the microscope. Ths makes the AM73515MT8A well-suited for industrial inspection duties, as well as medical diagnostic applications or rock and mineral identification. The stand can be bundled with the MS15X-S1 for even greater X-Y axis and rotational control.
Software
The software is robust and reliable with some great features as follows: image capture, storage and email, live and time lapse video (up to 30fps), annotation, geotagging, full screen capability, auto and manual exposure control, picture within picture zoom (magnifier) and more.
