The OM36-L includes a binocular or optional trinocular, as well as:
A Seidentopf microscope head inclined at an ergonomic 45 degrees that rotates 360 degrees for flexible viewing positions.
Two Wide Field WF10x eyepieces and rubber eyecups for improved viewing.
Diopters built into both oculars enable individual eye focusing while the head can be adjusted through 55-75mm to adapt for different interpupillary distances.
A rear-facing quadruple nosepiece with four parcentered, coated, parfocal, 185mm achromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 40x spring, 100x spring, oil immersion).
Spring-loaded 40x and 100x objectives to mitigate the risk of damage to slides.
40x, 100x, 400x and 1,000x magnification levels.
A 23mm camera adapter is included with the trinocular version
Tip: Once you have focused the microscope using the 4x and 10x objective lenses, use the 40x objective lens to Nosema Ceranae infections.

Focus on the Stage
The OM36 series includes an oversize double-layered, graduated mechanical stage that measures 110mm x 120mm. Other features of this unique stage include:
A range of 70mm x 25mm X-Y movement
A spring-loaded slide clamp for the exact positioning of the specimen.
Dropdown coaxial coarse/fine controls so the viewer can operate the stage 'eyes down'
Focus features include:
High-quality rack and pinion mechanics for longer life and coaxial focus controls for easier focusing
A rack stop to prevent the objectives from interfering with the stage
A slip clutch control to reduce the risk of damaging the focus controls through overextension

The OM36-LBK is fitted with a professional Abbe 1.25 N condenser, along with an Iris diaphragm for optimal adjustments.
