The EMZ-5H stereo head is a new upgrade to the EMZ5 Meiji workhorse, bringing exceptional optical quality in a compact, ergonomic design. With optional MA522 10x high eye-point eyepieces, the head offers 12.7mm greater field of view than standard, zoom magnification from 7x - 45x and sharp focus throughout the zoom range.

The eyetubes are set at 45-degree inclination for viewing comfort, rotate 360-degrees, and include dual dioptric adjustments. Interpupillary eye adjustment is 54mm - 75mm and working distance is 93mm. Higher magnification is available with optional eyepieces and objectives.

The V15 is our premium stand, characterized by 'continuous glide', ball-bearing motion for effortless repositioning,perfect for electronics and circuit board inspection. The boom has dual horizontal arms of solid metal alloy and measures 28 inches when extended (including the hanging bar).

It also includes several thoughtful features not seen on comparable products. A solid metal hanging bar bracket allows unlimited tilting angles of the microscope head. The counter-weight is mounted with a rubber back stop to protect the bearing housing.A neat, spring-loaded adjustment lever on the hanging bar enables the lever to be moved out of the way without releasing the pre-set position of the microscope head.

The V15 boom stand provides up to 13 inches of vertical working space and also comes with a U-clamp configuration to mount on a work bench. The overall build-quality and solid steel construction will provide a lifetime of dependable performance.

The new Omano 80 LED ring light offers a combination of cool, bright, shadow-free illumination with adjustable intensity control and affordable pricing. Designed to replace our 10W and 12W fluorescent ring lights, this light is an inexorable step away from fluorescent illumination in microscopy applications.

The light has an internal diameter of 60mm with adjustable retaining screws for smaller housings. An adapter is also included. For worry-free operation, the light includes auto-switching power input for use with 90V-265V power supplies.

A new well-designed 64 LED ring light joins the Omano illumination stable. It includes integrated transformers and four independent ON/OFF zones in addition to variable intensity controls for maximum flexibility. A microscope ring light is an excellent accessory for just about any scope. These lights are designed to be clamped or screwed on to the bottom of your scope’s nosepiece ring, fitting snugly around your objective lens, sometimes with the use of a specific adapter piece designed to work with your specific brand of scope. These ring lights can then be used to illuminate your sample from above, increasing the amount of reflected light and improving your ability to observe and interact with specific types of sample specimens that aren’t able to be illuminated from below. 

Controlling a microscope ring light is done through a corded box that contains on/off and intensity settings. This allows you to specify the amount of illumination you desire. Ring lights have been traditionally made with compact fluorescent bulbs, but LED technology has quickly supplanted these older bulbs because they are cheaper to operate, don’t require any warm-up time, pose no hazards from broken bulbs, and can emit almost identical color temperatures while also illuminating either the entire stage or selected portions of it.
