Omano Warranty


The manufacturer warrants this microscope to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the instrument. The warranty does not cover the electrical or illumination components or damage resulting from abuse or misuse, repairs or alterations performed by other than authorized Omano repair technicians, or damage occurring in transit or caused by parts lost or which fail due to accident, fire, theft, chemicals or acts of nature or war.

Any electrical components or illumination products are warranted from date of purchase as follows: 6 months. The warranty does not cover bulbs, batteries, fuses, cords, or add-on accessories such as mechanical specimen holders that are not built into the microscope stage as an integral part of original manufacture.

Warranty does not cover lenses that have become inoperable due to dirt as a result of misuse or lack of maintenance. Any cameras and software supplied with this microscope are warranted from date of purchase as follows:

Other than set forth above, the manufacturer hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, or fitness for a particular purpose. Please note that all sales of products that are special-ordered on behalf of customers are final.

No returns of such special-ordered products will be accepted and no refunds can be made. For warranty service, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within five (5) days after the occurrence of the defect.

The item should be well packed to avoid damage in transit, accompanied by a description of the issue, return instructions and shipped postage prepaid to the address specified when you call. The manufacturer will repair or replace at no charge and return postage prepaid. If the issue was caused by misuse, alterations, accident or abnormal conditions of operation, an estimate for repairs will be submitted for approval prior to work being performed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. If you have questions concerning this product or warranty, please contact us. No other warranty of any kind is made, expressed, or implied.


Meiji Techno Warranty


MEIJI TECHNO's LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY is applicable to the United States and Canada. This warranty supersedes any other warranty. MEIJI TECHNO's LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY is subject to the following conditions:

Warranty

Warranty of MEIJI TECHNO's products extends to the original purchaser of the MEIJI product and is not transferable.

Warranty Duration

MEIJI TECHNO warrants this product against defects in material and/or workmanship for the life of the instrument from the date of original purchase by the original purchaser. Electrical warranty is 90 days.

 Owners Registration Card

Return of the owner's registration card by the original purchaser within ten (10) days after receipt of the original purchase is a condition precedent to coverage under this warranty. MEIJI will at its option accept written proof of purchase from the original owner in lieu of a product registration card.

Warranty Coverage

MEIJI TECHNO will repair or replace, at its option, any instrument which under normal conditions of use and service proves to be defective in material or workmanship. No charge will be made for labor or parts with respect to defects covered by this warranty, provided that the work is done by MEIJI TECHNO. This warranty does not cover expenses incurred in the removal or reinstallation of any instrument or instruments, whether or not proven defective. Replacement or repairs furnished under this warranty are subject to the same terms and conditions of the original warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations

Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, improper operation, normal wear, accident, improper maintenance or modification. This warranty does not cover repair or replacement where normal use has exhausted the life of a part or instrument. All mechanical devices need periodic parts replacement and service to perform well. Service life of an instrument is dependent upon the care it receives and the conditions under which it has to operate. In no event shall MEIJI TECHNO be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Service

To obtain service under this warranty, please contact MEIJI TECHNO at 1-800-832-0060 and ask for the Product Service Department. State the nature of the problem, model and serial number of the instrument, date of purchase and location and name of Dealer purchased from. After verification of warranty registration, MEIJI TECHNO will issue a return authorization number. Customer may then return the product postage prepaid and insured to:

In most instances, requests for warranty service will be performed in a prompt and routine manner and merchandise will be returned in a reasonable period of time or at MEIJI TECHNO's convenience. In some cases, requests for warranty service are received which are not justified. In these cases, MEIJI TECHNO will provide an explanation for non-warranty action.

Warranty Terms

The terms of this warranty may not be varied by any person, whether or not purporting to represent or act on behalf of MEIJI TECHNO. The limited lifetime warranty provided is in lieu of any and all warranties, expressed or implied, whether for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Liability for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded to the extent exclusions are permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty sets forth the customer's exclusive remedy, with respect to defective products. This limited warranty shall become null and void in the event of a violation of the provisions of this limited warranty.


Motic Warranty and Repairs


At Motic Instruments, we take pride in the quality of our products and our user experience. That's why we offer technical advice and full post-sale support to keep your Motic products in optimal condition and ensure your microscopy results are of the highest quality. All of our microscopes are covered by a 5 year warranty on mechanical components and 1 year warranty on electrical components. 

Motic Warranty Policy:

All Motic products, mechanically and optically, are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for five years after purchase. Electrical components and digital cameras are warrantied for one year. Warranty does not cover bulbs, chargers, fuses, batteries, damage resulting from abuse or misuse, repairs or alterations performed by those other than authorized repair technicians, or damage occurring in transit. Warranty does not cover lenses that have become inoperable due to excessive dirtiness as a result of misuse or lack of normal, routine maintenance.

Motic must receive a completed warranty registration in order to honor any warranty repair. An official Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany any return on the packing slip or on the exterior of the box. A description of the difficulty must be enclosed with the unit upon return, ship freight pre-paid to Motic. Motic will repair or replace at no charge and return. If failure was caused by misuse, alterations, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation, an estimate of repairs will be submitted for your approval prior to work being performed.

Dino-Lite Returns, Repairs, & Replacements


Warranty

Dunwell Tech, Inc (Dino-Lite US) warrants all Dino-Lite handheld microscopes and eyepiece cameras against defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the original date of retail purchase. All other products including stands, accessories, and products other than Dino-Lite brand are warranted for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the original date of retail purchase. If product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Dunwell Tech, at its discretion, will repair the product at no charge or exchange the defective product with a new product or a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

This warranty does not apply to damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, misapplication, or negligence; to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a Dunwell Tech Authorized Service Provider; if the serial number has been removed from product.

Please keep your receipt as it will be requested for any warranty service. Products repaired or replaced under warranty remain covered for the initial duration of the warranty plus an additional three month period.

Once an RMA number is issued, return product at your expense to 19803 Hamilton Ave. #200, Torrance, CA 90502, including complete RMA Form with RMA# and a copy of your dated sales receipt.

Cross-Shipment

If your product is under warranty cross-shipment is available. Replacement product(s) would be sent from our warehouse upon approval of your RMA submission and confirmation of your shipping address, if the box is checked for Cross-Shipment on the RMA form. Upon selecting cross-shipment, you agree to return the original product to our warehouse within 30 days or you will be charged in full for the replacement product(s)

Mitutoyo Warranties


Mitutoyo America Corporation warrants all of its products it sells and ships in the United States and Canada for one year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. The description as shown below is not a warranty by itself and is for general information only. For warranty terms and conditions as they pertain to a specific product, contact the Mitutoyo America Corporation service center.

Mitutoyo America Corporation warrants the products and software it manufactures and sells directly or through an authorized distributor, if the product or software is in the possession of the original purchaser. Except for software, Mitutoyo America Corporation will, at its option, repair or replace any part or parts which upon examination are found to be defective in workmanship or material, provided the product is returned to Mitutoyo America Corporation and the purchaser can prove that the product has been used and maintained and, where applicable, installed in accordance with Mitutoyo America Corporation instructions and has not been subject to abuse. For software, Mitutoyo America Corporation will replace defective media or make a warranted program operate or replace the program with a functionally equivalent program as warranted, provided there is satisfactory documentation that the software has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with Mitutoyo America Corporation instructions in the User Manual and provided further the customer can satisfactorily show that a defect exists.

Mitutoyo America Corporation does not accept liability or responsibility for repairs, additions, or modifications made to the product, including those made by others, without Mitutoyo America Corporation’s written consent.

The warranties Mitutoyo America Corporation provides do not adversely affect Mitutoyo America Corporation’s right to modify or change the design of products, without notice, including any of its specifications or materials.
